What is Quartz?

Quartz has an elegance and beauty that can only be compared with the most stunning natural stones such as quartz or diamonds. It has a density all of its own, a gloss finish, sparkling gleam and a unique touch.

The high level of resistance of quartz far surpasses that of similar materials and its this resistance that provides peace of mind in the kitchen when handling heavy saucepans and other utensils. Such resistance is achieved thanks to its composition: quartz ( the hardness ) and the polyester resin ( the elasticity ) paired with the vibro-compression system used in its production process.

Quartz is a non-porous material that is highly resistant to staining from coffee, wine, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, make-up and many other every day products. It is also one of the only work surfaces which is made up with an anti-bacterial protection, giving it hygienic properties that are not found anywhere else on the market.

Quartz is available in a huge variety of different colours and textures, offering a number of decorative possibilities, the most popular being kitchen work surfaces.
